Waterfront Manor Community in Coventry Lake, Connecticut

Taxes pay for the maintenance, improvement and utilities for the beach property, upkeep of the roads owned by the Association, required insurance, city and state filing requirements and administrative costs and fees.  Tax bills are due July 1st and must be paid by August 1st to avoid interest. The Association hires an independent tax collector.   Taxes may be paid by check or online using a credit or debit card.  When paying online payments will be applied within 3-5 days.
