Public Notice
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers in the special taxing district of the Waterfront Manor Association, Inc in the Town of Coventry that taxes have been levied on the Grand List of October 1, 2023. Taxes are due and payable July 1, 2024. If taxes are not paid or postmarked on or before Monday, August 1, 2024, such tax will be considered delinquent and subject to interest at a rate of 1.5% per month from the date the tax became due until the same is paid.
Taxes are payable by mail to Waterfront Manor Association, Inc., PO Box 413, Coventry CT 06238 or online at https:/waterfrontmanor.com.
Online: You can now pay taxes online using our property tax portal. This portal allows you to look-up your tax bill, make a payment as well as print out a receipt. When you go to look up your tax bill be sure to enter your full last name first and then the first initial of your first name in the search box. Payment will be recorded as soon as your payment is accepted and are usually immediate.
By Check: Please mail your tax payment to Waterfront Manor Association, Inc., Tax Collector, P.O. Box 413, Coventry, CT 06238. Allow up to at least 10 days for processing.
